Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book these luxury penthouses for rent. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo, but it is permitted on the private rooftop patio. No parties or events are allowed, and excessive noise is prohibited. No loud music after 10 pm. The penthouse comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. In the event of unauthorized guests, an additional nightly charge of up to $30.00 per person may be applied at the discretion of the host, and potential eviction without a refund could occur. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Subletting the property is not permitted, and towels or clothing cannot be hung from the balcony or common areas. Pets are not allowed.
